The APIDA Pre-Law Association is an organization with the purpose of creating a campus community of and offering resources to Asian Pacific Islander Desi American (APIDA) students interested in learning about the legal field or pursuing law as a career. We hold informational meetings to expand students’ understanding of a legal career and to aid them through aspects of the law school application process, as well as hold events such as speaker panels with accomplished individuals in law school or in a legal career. We also prioritize civic engagement and volunteerism, with opportunities to visit organizations that center APIDA political advocacy.
