The new Proteomics Core at Northwestern University was conceived to serve the Northwestern Research Community from initial consultation with investigators through publication in the primary literature and inclusion in research proposals. To provide researchers with the technologies needed to perform high-quality proteomics, Northwestern has acquired an LTQ Orbitrap Velos, the most advanced, commercially available ion trap instrument to support the routine operation of the facility. The core director will present some of the latest data and characterization of low abundance protein and development of an analytical pipeline for identification of phosphorylated peptides.

Whether you are just getting started or looking for ways to increase efficiency or improve results in your proteomics workflow, please join us for our technical seminar.

Learn about some of the innovative solutions which include:
Custom Gene Synthesis - Native protein gel electrophoresis - Dynal Immuno-precipitation
