Dear colleagues,

Happy New Year!

The Cell Imaging Facility-Nikon Imaging Center is excited
to offer an ImageJ/FIJI Image Analysis and Processing Course.

The three-day intensive workshop will cover topics from
the fundamentals of digital images, image processing,
movement analysis, co-localization analysis, morphometry,
object segmentation, and the basics of macro-programming.

It will be held January 16-18, 10am-~3pm (end time may vary)
with a one-hour lunch break in-between.

Participants are required to bring their own laptop loaded
with the latest version of Fiji, which is basically the
full-blown version of ImageJ. We will work through various
concepts and exercises together.

Attached please find the course flyer.
To register, please go to: http://tinyurl.com/aa2j62z

The workshop is free for all NU attendees, and due to limited
space, registration is mandatory. If you are a non-NU user,
please e-mail me.

I will provide all the necessary guides for registrants to
download software, sample images etc as we get closer to
the workshop.

Best regards,
Leong
