Hello friends,

I want to put a small DNA sequence (40 bp) in front of and behind a  
GFP cassette.  I want the sequence before the GFP to be transcribed  
and GFP expressed.  Likewise I'd like the DNA sequence after GFP to  
also be transcribed.  Can anyone help me?  What vector (that can  
transform dicty) should I use?
