Hi Denis-
We use an Accuri C6 flow cytometer (~$30K); although we normally use it with antibody-labeled blood cells, it works quite well
to count unlabeled Dicty cells and you just need an eppi tube with cells in it.
cheers and happy new year to all
Richard

Happy New Year to all,
I was wondering if anyone has any experience with automated cell counters and dicty. Biorad (TC10) and Invitrogen (Countess), among other companies, have such devices. I’d love to hear from anybody that is using an automated cell counter and if there is any way that the slides can be reused (they are quite expensive). Thanks,
Denis
