Dear Ted,
I am recently working with a protein that has a single HA tag at its C-terminus.
We are using the roche monoclonal rat Ab 3F10, that Manu Dubin mentioned.
It works very well in western blot (1: 2000) as well as in IFs (1: 100-200).
