Hi All,

So I am a saver of things and still have the manuals for both the Amersham cAMP and cGMP (uses an antibody) kits. It has the reagent list, etc, if anyone is interested in making the kits like Robert suggested. The manuals may still be out there in the ether, but if not, I would be happy to make a PDF and send it to Dicty base (if that is legal?).

At least the cAMP kit seems easy enough to recapitulate. However, I too am interested in hearing what folks are using these days.

All the best,

Joe
