Dear all,

I’d like to use the engineered peroxidase APEX2 in D. discoideum in order to seek for potential proximal partners of my protein of interest.

Therefore, I have two questions:

1. Has anyone used APEX2 in D. discoideum cells?

2. Does anyone know, whether codon bias correction is necessary for the usage of APEX2 in D. discoideum?
