Hello all,
  Some of my students are interested in working with the D. purpureum strain that corresponds to the genome sequence available on Dictybase.  As far as I can tell, none of the D. purpureum strains available at the stock center correspond to this strain.  (Parikh et al refer to it as DpAX1).  Does anyone know if this strain is available, and if so, who to ask for it?
