Hello,
Im a PhD student at TU Darmstadt. I&#8217;m investigating RNA  
dependent RNA polymerases (RdRp) in Dictyostelium Discoideum.  
I&#8217;m about to overexpress this proteins (3 homolog) in Dicty. I  
have no experience in protein purification from Dicty and I&#8217;ll  
like to take some advices. On what should I pay attention by protein  
overexpression. I&#8217;d like to purify proteins using TAP method a  
if there is any suggestion and key element I&#8217;d like to hear  
about it!
