Dear Stefan and Dictyologists,

Actually we are real fans of the BTX's ECM 830 square porator.  
Together with the attached ptotocole for an improved electroporation  
medium that ensures a better cell survival and hence use of more  
drastic poration conditions, we have excellent results.
