Hi Robert, 
yes, it works nicely. Marianne Grafe in my lab just tried it for centrosomes, microtubles and nuclear envelope. We were not very successful with GFP and DAPI, but it worked fine with Alexa dyes and Hoechst. As a crosslinker glutaraldehyde in her hands worked better than the acrylamide derivatives.
