Dear All,

Does anyone have any experience or advice regarding mitochondrial potentiometric dyes in Dictyostelium? 

I have tried out TMRM (tetramethylrhodamine methyl ester perchlorate) from Sigma at a variety of concentrations and incubation times, with little success. Has anyone managed to use this dye or perhaps a similar one?
