Hello everyone!!!!

Currently I am doing work on Dictyostelium cell. For cell migration assay I am using manual tracking of ImageJ software. But when I tried to analysis of tracking from video (6 sec interval for 30 min) and could not find out how to get more than 5 track from one video at the same time. I am confused about tracking number. Please help me in this situation.
