Hi all-
We have a faculty position open, a Dicty person would be quite welcome...

The Department of Biology at Texas A&M University (TAMU) invites applications for tenure-track
assistant or tenured associate professor positions in biological timing (3 positions) and
prokaryotic/eukaryotic microbiology (1 position).
All candidates are required to have a Ph.D. in biology or related field, and we desire candidates who
display uniqueness, creativity, and excellence in the pursuit of innovative research. Expectations for the
successful candidates are to develop an externally funded research program and to teach
undergraduate and graduate courses.
This search represents the beginning of a multi-year strategic hiring effort to move several cutting-edge
research areas within the biological sciences at Texas A&M University to preeminence. This is an exciting
opportunity for new hires to be a part of developing interdisciplinary teams to tackle important
