Dear Dictyostelium community

I am trying to grow Ax2 cells on gram positive bacteria in huge amounts, 
preferably in liquid/shaken culture. Has anyone experience in this? 
Growing Dicty on bacterial plates works fine but is not doing the trick 
for us.
I would be happy for any kind of advice.
