Dear Jonathan,
RNA stores and RNA synthesis could be investigated in Dicty (Early nucleolar disorganization in Dictyostelium cell death, Luciani et al., Cell Death Dis 2017, 8, e2528 ) using in particular EU incorporation.

Dear All,
I hope you are all enjoying the "holiday".
Do any of you have any experience labelling Dicty with things like 5-FU, ethynyl uridine (EU) or 4sU for RNA decay measurements.  Any help would be great as the reagents/kits are extortionate.
