Hi,

I have a few questions regarding adhesion properties of D. discoideum.

1) Does anyone have experiences if Dictyostelium adheres to human
laminins? If yes, how strong?

2) Is there a possibility to immobilize Dictyostelium on a surface to use
it in ELISA experiments? I would like to add another protein and then the
antibody to this second protein to check for protein-protein interactions
with a protein expressed in the Dictyostelium plasma membrane.

Thanks for your help in advance,

Julia von Bülow
