Hi, everybody,
I am looking for some spore protein markers that should meet the
following criterias:
   *	Spore specific
   *	High expression
   *	Only express at very late stage after spore formation
   *	Should sustain expression after sporulation
Some spore coat proteins should be good candidates. However, CotB and
PspA express at slug stage. SpiA expresses at late stage, but its mRNA
level decreases greatly after sporulation. I am not sure whether SpiA
protein is still there, though.
I will really appreciate if anyone can recommend other spore specific
markers.
Many thanks,
