Dear Dicty researchers,

has anyone successfully employed the halo-tag to label structures inside
living cells? Are there any experiences which halo-tag ligands are
properly taken up by Dicty amoebae? In the only published example I
could find labeling occurred on the extracellular side.

We would be grateful for helpful hints or references to publications.

All the best, Ralph
