Monica,

If I were a racing man I would consider entering Dicty mutants in RCK1, 
pde5, or pde6. See Manahan, Iglesias, Long and Devrteotes (2004). see 
page 235 near bottom for RCK1 chemotaxing 50% faster than wild-type 
cells. We would demolish the opposition.

The phosphodiestrases appear to affect cGMP signaling. They have higher 
chemotactic indices than wild type cells (Bosgraat et al. 20002) 
probably as the result of forming fewer lateral pseudopods.
