Dear Weiye,

We've made a Dicty version of mCherry that works quite well in 
combination with several other proteins. Please see: Ishikawa-Ankerhold, 
H. C. and Müller-Taubenberger, A. Fluorescent reporters and methods to 
analyze fluorescent signals. 2013. In: Dictyostelium discoideum
