The website could be used by Dicty workers to help with writing
applications for GMO permissions. In Germany they want lots of
references to substantiate that it is not hazardous. The website
will/can probably not (yet) serve as a reference by itself.
Some reference for (non-) contamination of mammalian cell culture and
for the lack of mycoplasma (if proven) could also be helpful.
