Dear Kari,

We used to visualize the ER in Dicty with GFP-calreticulin and calnexin-GFP.
See Müller-Taubenberger et al., EMBO J 20, 2001.

Best wishes,

Annette

Subject: [DICTY] Imaging the ER

Hello all:

We are looking to do some real time imaging of the ER, and were wanting to
use ER Tracker (or some other dye) Our initial experiments have shown no
staining and we have not been able to find examples in the literature of
using ER Tracker in Dicty (not that we looked real hard). Does anyone have
any information on using ER Tracker or why it might not work in Dicty.

Thanks in advance

Kari
