Ranjani,
I used GAPDH primers flanking the intron. Here are the primers:
GAPDH For: GGTTGTCCCAATTGGTATTAATGG
GAPDH Rev: CCGTGGGTTGAATCATATTTGAAC
Without intron you will get 156 bp amplicon and with intron 247bp.
Best,
Sandhya.

Subject: [DICTY - 432] Internal control for RT-PCR

Dear all,
Can some one suggest me a good control for RT-PCR (real time). If
possible the primer sequence as well. I read about IG7 and cinD
genes in the Dicty list server. Which would be the best?

Thanks in advance!
Ranjani
