Hi Rob-
We (i.e. Patrick Suess) have used MG132, works at 6 micromolar (and probably lower) on lysates, 12 micromolar to affect whole cells
Lactacystin had no effect on whole cells.
see Patrick's J. Cell Science 2017 paper for details
cheers
Richard

Subject: [DICTY] Proteasome inhibitors

Does anybody have recent experience of proteosome inhibitors with Dicty?
Which ones work (and at what concentration) and which do not?

This question was last asked in 2003, but perhaps there has been progress since then.

Thank you friends and colleagues for any help!
