We are writing a protocol with enzymatically removing ammonia
from Dicty cells during development to see if we can rescue
the knockout Dicty cells development into a full fruiting
body. We have been having a problem with how to spray 5ul of
mixture onto the cells and what the concentration that the
glutamate dehydrogenase should be?
