Subject: [DICTY - 387] HELLO

Dear Dicty colleagues,

I have few questions for the community.

1) Is there a specific, exclusive and labile marker which expresses
only in the upper and lower cup cells?

2) We want 5-NT- and amtC-/regA- mutants for our experiments but
unfortunately it is not available in the stock center, does someone
have it in their lab?

3) We would also like to know which company gives Blasticidin at a
reasonable price.

Regards

Prasad
