I am a student with Wolfgang Nellen at the the university of Kassel.

We have made an extrachromosomal vector containing a 6xMYC tag, Bsr resistance cassette and a Dpn1 origin-of-replication. We typically use it to super-transform cells already containing an expression construct confering G418 resistance.
