Hi Muatasem,

I have been using a Kit from Amersco (Code N788-Kit) Phenol-Free Total RNA Purification Kit. It has worked very well and the cDNA obtained downstream has been used for Q-PCR with very good results.

Hi Muatasem,

I isolated total RNA using Trizol, following the manufacturer's protocol. It works beautifully.

Best,
