You may remember I sent a query to everyone a while back, asking for
examples where heterologous expression of proteins from different
organisms had demonstrated conservation of function. The data was
incorporated into a recent review of ours and it occurred to me that I
should let people in the field know, since they collectively contributed
to the data gathering process. The reference is:
