Hi all,

Would it be alright for me to ask a question of the US researchers on the Dicty Listserve.

UMaine researchers are trying to generate a percentage return of indirect grant funds to the departments and grant PIs from Federal funding.  UMaine's policy has been to place all indirect into a facilities budget.  I am curious how other US
institution are handling grant indirect funds.
