    Join SESP's Cindy Conlon at 5 p.m., Wednesday, April 29 for the next installment of SESP's Well-Being Project with a 20-minute Zoom session focusing on emotional agility. It's the second of seven faculty-led sessions featuring research and an evidence-based practice to boost physical, mental, or emotional well-being. This weekly wellness event is open to ALL SESP students, faculty, and staff.
