Dear colleagues,

Northwestern is closely monitoring developments regarding the possibility of a government shutdown on October 1, 2023. To date, we have not received guidance regarding procedures but expect agencies to communicate specific instructions if Congress is unable to resolve the issue. Based on activity during previous government shutdowns, operations should continue as normally as possible until further guidance is provided.

ASRSP will continue to monitor the situation and will share guidance as it is received. If you have any questions, please contact your Grants and Contracts Financial Administrator.
